Succeeding in an office environment is not intuitive for everyone, especially for folks that are the first in their families to work for a corporation. Getting the hang of communication and cultural norms can take time-- that means a lot of folks without that understanding get left behind when it comes to promotions, on-the-job opportunities and overall career trajectory. We provide 1:1 support to help new employees navigate and succeed in their first 90 days and continue to hone in these skills across their first year on the job!
